      <title>Conditional liquor licenses may become an option for transfers of on- and off-premises licenses and for new SDM (beer and wine takeout) licenses in Michigan.</title>
      <description>&lt;P mce_serialized="3"&gt;The Michigan House Regulatory Reform Committee took testimony this week on House Bill 4277 that would authorize "conditional" or "temporary" liquor licenses to be issued under certain circumstances. The "conditional" licenses would be available when applying to the MLCC to transfer ownership of any license, including Class C and other on-premises licenses as well as for transfers of SDD (packaged liquor) and SDM licenses. The temporary license would be valid for up to 1 year, or until the regular license transfer is completed or rejected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
